Job Description

The Role

As a Junior Presentation Designer, you'll be an integral part of our studio team, working closely with the rest of the design team and learning from the Head of Design. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and take the lead on smaller internal projects within our agencies, including Spark Foundry, Starcom, Performics, and Zenith. Your role will involve contributing to various design tasks, showcasing your creativity, and building your experience in print, presentation design, branding, layout design, and smaller-scale projects.


  • Collaborate with the Head of Design and Senior Designers, providing valuable support and taking ownership of assigned tasks with guidance.
  • Take the lead on smaller internal projects, demonstrating your creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Support in the review of design work, giving your opinions and unleashing your creative flair
  • Assist in creating presentations and mock-ups to present ideas for approval.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and creative approaches to projects, combining cultural awareness with curiosity.
  • Manage individual projects independently, ensuring successful completion.
  • Gain exposure to UI and UX principles, learning and growing within the role.

This role is for an immediate start, and the deadline to apply for this role is Thursday 4th April 



  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in slide design and presentation creation.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Developing creative, organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exposure to HTML, WordPress, or motion graphics is a plus but not required.
  • Developing conceptual skills, a growing design sense, and an interest in layout and typography.
  • Positive and enthusiastic mindset when approaching briefs and production challenges.

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
