Job Description

Publicis Media’s Communications function is laser-focused on delivering communications that add value to our organisation by driving reputation, share of voice and ultimate growth for our industry-leading media agencies (Spark Foundry, Starcom and Zenith).

The Senior Communications Executive will provide support with the planning, delivery and measurement of Publicis Media’s comms strategy for the UK, working closely with the Director of Communications and wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content development: Support in drafting and editing copy / content that drives employee engagement and supports profile-raising for Publicis Media and its key spokespeople.
  • Internal communications: Help engage our people by managing the day-to-day delivery of our internal communications through a range of channels including Marcel and agency newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the wider team: Provide ad hoc support where needed to with all PR activity for our agency brands and practices, eg. coordinating media enquiries, interview requests, speaking opportunities, etc.
  • Events: Support the delivery of events (both internal and external), as well as other programmes to support our culture.
  • Measurement: Coordinate regular reporting of the team’s efforts to secure leadership buy-in and to support a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong writer and storyteller
  • Digitally savvy with hands-on experience of creating content for social media, websites and other platforms would be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to work independently, but also as part of a wider team
  • Ideas driven and results focused
  • A desire to learn, grow and share
  • Knowledge of the industry a plus

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
