What you will do

Epsilon is seeking a Senior HR Generalist, who will play the role of being a ‘’Trusted Partner’’ to HRBP community, business managers on various people matters like enabling change, talent and performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement and relations, policies, process and systems.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with business and HRBP to generate value, drive business outcomes by understanding business priorities and driving people initiatives
  • Identify and address critical people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business
  • Partner with business and HRBPs to Identify and develop key talent and ensure they are provided with experiences that enable development and retention
  • Ability to run HRBP programs independently.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to identify areas for improvement and address concerns proactively.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensures HR policies and practices are applied consistently throughout assigned BU and ensures fairness across the organization
  • Embeds analytics to enable data-based decisions – report on key HR metrics, dashboard, labor market trends for HR community and business groups.
  • Partner with HR COE’s on implementing various HR programs this may include - HRIS, performance management, compensation and benefit, policies, culture, HR compliance and audits, enterprise wide management initiatives, talent developments programs, diversity & internal communications

  • Able to work independently and be flexible in an ever-changing environment
  • Willingness to learn, grow and tackle expanded duties as business needs evolve
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels to cater to business needs
  • Strong business and HR acumen - including strong problem-solving and negotiating
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand data and information quickly
  • In depth understanding of relevant employment legislation, compensation & benefits law and must be able to exercise judgement and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and purpose to deliver the best results for the organization
  • Show courage and confidence to speak up skillfully, challenging others even when confronted with resistance or unfamiliar circumstances
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills (should be skilled in use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Acts with integrity, impartiality, and independence, balancing functional, organizational and legal parameters
  • 6+  yrs of professional experience in HR with a minimum of 5 years as a business partner
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or other related fields
