Job Description

As the Business Director - Content Strategy and Development at Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, you will be instrumental in shaping the narrative and driving the success of our clients' businesses through innovative content strategies. Reporting to the Business Lead, you will lead the development, implementation, and measurement of content strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends. Your role will involve collaborating closely with client teams and creative developers to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy Leadership:

    • Develop comprehensive content strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with client business objectives.
    • Conceptualize and ideate creative content solutions, leveraging your expertise in digital platforms and social media trends.
    • Translate business goals into clear content plans, providing strategic direction for launches and campaigns.
  2. Client Engagement and Partnership:

    • Partner with the Business Lead to design and execute brand content strategies, including media partnerships and innovative initiatives.
    • Act as a strategic advisor, gathering inputs from key stakeholders and ensuring alignment across various units and functions.
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients, serving as a trusted partner in driving business growth through effective content strategies.
  3. Operational Oversight:

    • Oversee the content development process, from conception to production and delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate data and insights for content verification.
    • Lead the content approval process, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  4. Performance Analysis and Trends Monitoring:

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecard objectives, consistently delivering against set targets.
    • Stay abreast of current content and technology trends, identifying opportunities to enhance client strategies and adapt to market changes.
