Job Description

We are looking for a VP, Sales & Client Growth with the experience, creativity, passion and strategic vision to achieve our ambitious growth plans. This is an opportunity to have real influence and impact within an innovative, dynamic, and ambitious company.

As the VP, Sales & Client Growth your key accountabilities will include:

  1. Driving growth in the region and implementing a sales strategy for acquiring new logos for Epsilon’s MarTech & AdTech business
  2. Leading strategic sales planning and account management process; establish and drive sales quota for sales associates
  3. Acting as the local leader for SG commercial employees, embedding the Epsilon culture and driving morale and camaraderie across teams
  4. Building trusted relationships with CEOs of our sister agencies and collaborating with them to generate Epsilon revenue within Groupe clients
  5. Leading conversations with CMOs/Marketing Directors of prospective clients in the pre-sales and solutioning process to bring a consultative approach to their marketing and sales challenges. Strong understanding of Epsilon’s MarTech/AdTech offering
  6. Being the Epsilon brand ambassador in the local market for all events and PR related activities

Success Criteria

As the VP, Sales & Client Growth some of the key performance criteria are:

  • Building a high performing sales organization for Epsilon in the SEA region
  • Building strong relationships with CMOs across global and regional brands
  • Achieving/exceeding sales quotas across Epsilon’s platforms
  • Developing trusted relationships with Groupe CEOs
  • Applying deep domain knowledge and understanding of the marketing space in Asia across Digital Media, CRM, loyalty and digital experience

Qualifications

What you’ll need

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with substantial experience (20+ years) in sales & business development
  • A proven track record of delivering MarTech sales growth across industry verticals such as retail, travel & hospitality, eCommerce, etc. in the region
  • A solid knowledge of the programmatic media value chain and well as marketing technology
  • Strong existing network in the region especially in B2C verticals such as (but not limited to) retail, banking, F&B, e-commerce and travel & hospitality
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across multiple disciplines in the client organization.
  • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate a solution strategy that addresses those objectives
  • Inspirational leadership skills and experience in building and growing high performing sales teams who consistently exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively persuade senior leaders and colleagues across the organization.
