    Job Description

    As the Senior Director of Software Engineering, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for implementing Digital Marketing solutions focused on CDP and Loyalty platforms. Your role will be pivotal in driving technical excellence, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. We are seeking a visionary leader with a deep understanding of Digital Marketing technologies, a proven track record in leading large technical teams, and expertise in architecting scalable solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a technical team in the implementation of Digital Marketing solutions for CDP and Loyalty platforms.
    • Drive the development and execution of technical strategies to meet project objectives and client requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product management to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
    • Architect and design scalable solutions leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
    • Act as a client-facing technical expert, providing guidance and consultancy to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Oversee the implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including analytics, Customer 360 and Campaigns
    • Manage and optimize processes related to AWS infrastructure, Databricks, ETL pipelines, SSO and Open API’s.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the technical competency team.

    Qualifications

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 15+ years of industry experience including 10+ years’ experience with software implementation (preferably marketing applications) from requirement through design, development 
    • Proven track record of leading large technical teams, competencies, or Centers of Excellence (COE) in the digital marketing domain.
    • Extensive experience in architecting and designing Digital Marketing solutions, particularly in CDP, Loyalty, messaging, campaigns, and analytics.
    • Strong proficiency in AWS services, Databricks, ETL processes, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, MVC, SOAP, and experience with API integrations.
    • In-depth knowledge of .NET framework, architectural and design patterns.
    • Prior experience in designing and leading Digital Marketing implementations for large customers.
    • Familiarity and working experience with at least one of the major digital marketing clouds such as Adobe, Google, Salesforce, or Oracle.
    • Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
