Job Description

This role is responsible for the finance and operations of PMX.

Run as part of a team, the operations and finance side of PMX and ensure all agreements are executed effectively under PMX compliance process via internal systems.            

This includes all loading into the BMD system, invoicing, reporting, specific financial reporting, client tracking data is extracted and populated, campaigns are completed on deadline. Media agency brands adhere to PMX compliance and managing the execution of PMX processes with the brands. 

  • Loading all data, adhering to compliance processes into the BMD system with the Agency teams
  • Invoicing (running invoices and checking external invoices)
  • Financial reporting. 
  • Resolving account queries.
  • Ensure all paperwork and processes adhere to compliance requirements 
  • Create reports on an ad hoc basis.
  • Comply with commercial in confidence, agency and client information.
  • Provide day to day administrative and/or financial support to the Commercial Partnerships Director, APEX Executive and the Agency brands.

Qualifications

  • BMD buying system and how to load/extract/code data – would be highly beneficial.
  • Internal agency processes around buying through to invoicing.
  • Strong Excel user, including using application for mathematical calculations.
  • Provide clear directions to Agency brands on processes and execution (written and verbal)
  • Ability to adhere to commercial-in-confidence information and client sensitivities.
  • A great multi-tasker with incredible attention to detail.
  • Powerpoint experience
