Job Description

The Client Services Director role is an integral part of the team that leads and grows some of EU’s leading distributors of products and solutions. You will work closely with our clients central European team and local country leads to make sure that the retailer’s ad revenue is growing. The role includes seizing and creating commercial opportunities whilst building strong relationships at a senior level with a key client. This role is a business development and account management role.

Client Relationship:

  • Deliver a world-class service to our partners, their internal teams, and their vendors.
  • Develop and cultivate supplier/brand relationships by consulting with advertisers on their key goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Present the platform through succinct and efficient demo’s as and when required.
  • Seek out new opportunities and incremental revenue through our clients existing vendors.

Business Development & Retail Media Strategy

  • Support the build of successful retail media plans.
  • Understand performance metrics and analytics to deliver confident input to country teams and to the suppliers/brands.
  • Work closely with vendors to drive incremental opportunities with brands.

About you:

We are looking for a Client Services Director who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • 5 years+ Business Development experience.
  • Commercially driven with a proven sales acumen.
  • Experience with varied seniority in partners.
  • Ability to set account strategy and drive revenue.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Working knowledge of ecommerce, and digital industry 
  • Supplier experience
  • Experience working with SAAS
  • Ideally I.T. distributor experience: working with Distributors, Re-sellers, or Vendors within the B2b tech channel
