A little about the gig:

The Programmatic Executive is responsible for all aspects of Programmatic campaign implementation across programmatic display, video and social across brand and acquisition objectives. This involves campaign set-up in Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and tools such as DV360, Campaign Manager 360 and Meta, managing campaigns through partners such as The Trade Desk and maintaining best practice implementation for optimisation and campaign set-up.

You must be able to identify new opportunities (e.g. data strategies, trials) or potential weaknesses/limitations of strategies, and communicate this effectively. You will have prior hands-on experience with the major demand side platforms, strong analytical, writing and comprehension skills, and preferably online trafficking experience, with DV360 & CM360.

You will be working with our Programmatic Operations Director and supporting Senior Performance Managers on some of the wider projects to drive Razorfish’s programmatic offering forward. Most importantly, you must possess a strong inner drive to deliver great work, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and be a part of something unique that will have a lasting impact on our agency and our customers.


Some things we might spot you doing include:

  • Executing and managing a key client portfolio, effectively using demand side platforms and ad servers including DV360, TTD, Campaign Manager 360 and Meta
  • Identifying, assessing and implementing opportunities that will drive the programmatic campaign for client portfolio forward
  • Planning/forecasting activity and reconciling all billings and account queries
  • Supporting the Programmatic Director and Performance Managers on areas that will further Razorfish’s programmatic offering (e.g. improving campaign operation efficiency such as reporting, automation, developing process/service such as new product adoption, working on award entries and case studies)       
  • Attending relevant internal, customer, tech and supplier meetings as appropriate
  • Designing measurement solutions that demonstrate the efficacy of campaigns
  • Operating tools to implement and deliver wider client project on the likes of DMPs, dynamic creative, multi-touchpoint attribution etc.
  • Creating documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results


Some stuff that will help you get the job:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working as a trader/activations in programmatic at a media agency
  • Hands-on proficiency across key industry tools; DV360, The Trade Desk, DCM
  • Extensive knowledge of the RTB and wider programmatic landscape
  • Proficient with MSFT Office suite and digital platforms in general as expected, including use across reporting and data analysis, presentations etc.
  • Advanced communication and writing skills
  • Working across teams, within the wider agency, with clients and media owners
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Consistently over-delivering on client objectives
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritising workload
  • Highly organised and capable of working independently
