Job Description

Role Overview: As the Consumer Research Director at Publicis Sport & Entertainment, you will lead a team of experts in consumer research, collaborating within the larger team to deliver impactful insights and strategies. You will be responsible for coordinating, delegating, and managing various project tasks, ensuring the highest level of care and attention is given to delivering data and insights consistent with our high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, delegate, and manage different project tasks for medium to large and global projects.
  • Ensure the delivery of data and insights to clients consistent with Publicis Sport & Entertainment's high standards.
  • Liaise effectively and professionally with senior-level clients, overseeing smaller projects and serving as the main day-to-day contact on key clients.
  • Work with the Head of Consumer Research in developing new business, scoping, writing, and costing important/large-scale proposals/pitches.
  • Continuously seek out new products, services, methodologies, and techniques to enhance Publicis Sport & Entertainment’s consumer research offering.

Skills and Experience:

  • Depth experience in international quantitative research, with solid experience in qualitative research desirable.
  • Proven skills in implementing a wide range of research approaches and methodologies tailored to individual client needs.
  • Strong ability to make strategic research decisions independently and within a close-knit team.
  • Driven to mentor junior team members, encouraging their motivation, learning, and development.
  • Proven record in securing new business and developing/responding to new leads.

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
