The PMC team is 70+ strong and growing.  Media partnerships is at the heart of what we do, working with broadcasters, social media publishers, print partners, and increasingly gaming and metaverse partners, we activate over 100 campaigns each year.  We have a growing team of social and influencer specialists producing content to fulfill client needs in paid and owned channels. The fastest-growing part of the team are our content insight consultants.

Job Description

Our Influencer team is a small group of passionate individuals who are driven by providing high quality Influencer campaigns for our clients across Publicis Media. 

This Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing role involves managing and executing influencer campaigns for a variety of UK and global clients, sectors, and social channels. You will contribute to the development of influencer marketing strategies, actively engage in new business opportunities, and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the team.

Our clientele includes prominent brands such as META, WhatsApp, Currys, Acer, Marc Jacobs, Jack Daniels, Lactalis, and more. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships across these brands.

What will I be doing?

As well as the above, you will also be responsible for:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and meeting KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Director to develop strategies for a range of clients and contribute creative solutions for new business opportunities.
  • Utilise insights from tools like Creator IQ to inform strategic campaign development.
  • Negotiate terms with influencer agents, manage contracts, and oversee talent content creation.
  • Line manage an Influencer Marketing Executive, providing regular feedback for their professional growth.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, addressing issues promptly and fostering internal team collaboration.
  • Educate teams on the significance of influencer marketing in effective content programs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

 

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

In this role, we're looking for someone with experience of end-to-end project management of influencer marketing campaigns.  You'll also have worked on new business, both in terms of bringing those clients in and working on their first campaigns, and related to this, we'll ask around the results and KPIs delivered on those new clients as part of the process.

In addition, you'll have:

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics and social statistics.
  • Budget management expertise.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends, pop culture, and news/media.
  • Creative and structured approach to devising successful influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring teams.
