The Role

Join an award-winning team working alongside the Paid Search Director and other teammates to deliver market-leading strategy and execution on the largest transportation solutions provider in the world. Sitting within Enterprise One Team, a bespoke collective of experts bringing the best of the global Publicis network to collaborate across strategy, planning, technology, audience, and activation for Enterprise Mobility.

As a performance-focused client, Enterprise’s Paid Search team plays a critical role in delivering results in the 5 European markets (largest focus on the UK followed by growth markets France, Germany and Spain and last but not least Ireland). You will be working directly with your client counterparts to ensure we are hitting monthly revenue and ROAS targets and identifying additional growth opportunities, while ensuring we are following Paid Search best practice across all media we run. The client also follows an Always be testing approach, which requires ideating and implementing new approaches that drives growth and efficiency.

Coming in as a Paid Search Manager, we are looking for someone who is passionate about performance media, technology, and looking to make their mark on a client with growth ambitions in Europe.  Your responsibilities will range from client communications, PPC strategy, campaign responses, forecasting & finance, optimisation and of course innovation. You will play a pivotal role in aligning with the client and wider channel teams, whilst managing a team of Executive-level colleagues to support you.

Qualifications

Key Requirements 

We’re looking for a passionate self-starter who can work with the Account Director to deliver exceptional PPC strategy, execution, and operations. You need to be able to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, while managing a capable team of PPC specialists behind you. Client servicing is also a key part of the role and you’ll be working directly with them to develop campaign strategies and plans that meet certain targets as well as ensuring we’re on top of our media plans and finances for the months ahead.

  • Strong experience across all things Paid Search including planning, strategy, and execution
  • Experience in working on campaigns with performance and direct-response KPIs, such as revenue and ROAS objectives
  • Expertise in using Search Ads 360 to manage campaigns at scale, including the use and optimization of bid strategies, reporting and more
  • Experience in using Microsoft Bing
  • Experience in using Adobe Analytics as the main source of truth for reporting
  • Someone who can build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage large budgets and develop a clear and simple finance process.
  • Some experience in working with dashboards, such as Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics to help visualize and contextualize performance for clients and internal teams
