Job Description

Digitas are growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Search Manager to join our growing media team, working across a global travel & hospitality client! Sat within a large team of dedicated specialists spanning across various media channels, you’ll be part of a fully integrated, proactive team with a “Can do” attitude.

This role is a great chance to be exposed to a fast-paced, multinational & innovative client, giving you the opportunity to hone your craft, working autonomously as well as part of a team & coaching junior members.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working in conjunction with our global teams to develop paid search strategies
  • Be a day-to-day contact for mid-level clients and global counterparts
  • Working on global innovation projects and implementation of multinational campaigns
  • Looking at test & learn approaches, broad match testing and implementing that globally
  • Ensuring we hit KPIs for ROI
  • Helping junior members of the team grow, with the opportunity for more management responsibility if you’re interested!


What will make you successful in this role:

  • Experience with SA360
  • Strong knowledge of Google, Bing & Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously & show initiative and drive
  • Experience in a Paid Search/Biddable role within an agency setting
  • Having worked with multi-national clients, preferably within FMCG or travel
  • Ability to build good rapport with clients & the internal team
