The transformation you will experience 

The role is an incredible chance to join our digital team and contribute to best-in-class work for one of the agency’s largest accounts, a globally famed FMCG client with a portfolio of iconic, consumer brands. One of the world’s biggest advertisers, this client is well known for their first to market opportunities and drive for innovation, paired with significant budgets and a culture for test and learns. As the Digital Executive, you will provide ‘engine room’ support to our Digital Managers, overseeing the delivery of the client’s campaigns across social and programmatic channels. You will be in the platforms and focussed on set-ups, optimisations, trafficking as needed, and reporting on campaigns, whilst working in tandem with our broader digital team as well as craft specialists in planning and investment.

Your scope will include:

  • Ensuring work meets the highest digital best-in-class standards for our client
  • Campaign implementation and management; including campaign set-up, optimisation, and ongoing delivery to goals
  • Diligence, attention to detail and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign life cycle
  • Consulting and inputting into client and campaign strategy and planning
  • Supporting the Digital Managers and mentoring account co-ordinators as well as offshore resources
  • Applying your understanding of all digital tools, systems, and processes


What type of person will be successful in this role 

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working across digital media, ideally in an agency environment
  • Experience in digital channels including social (Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snap), YouTube, and programmatic; search is a bonus
  • Experience in digital planning and activation tools, including DV360
  • Competent use of Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word  
  • Knowledge of the media marketplace and be able to identify opportunities that can benefit our clients
  • Good relationships with media and technology partners
  • The ability to support Digital Manager and mentor Account Coordinators
  • Attention to detail that is second to none
  • The ability to work collaboratively in teams and thrives in working with others
  • Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong organisation skills with a love for being one step ahead
  • Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth
