Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive - Talent Operations Excellence & Analytics Specialist to join our Talent team in Amman.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Responsible for the smooth execution of all talent related operational processes. 
  • Provide comprehensive support to joiners and leavers during their onboarding and off-boarding experience.
  • Own, maintain and constantly updates employee records on our HRIS, and prepare reports and analytics on demand.
  • Effectively manage the onboarding journey of all new joiners collaborating closely with the talent team in charge of our onboarding program.
  • Foster collaboration with various departments to ensure cohesive application of talent policies and practices. Own all talent related policies, processes and codes.
  • Provide valuable support to the recruitment process, contributing to the search for top-tier talent.
  • Contribute to Community & Engagement projects and initiatives in market
  • Assist in execution of programs in market, across all of talent verticals.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, process changes, and new technologies in all areas of focus within talent operations.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries referring complex or specific matters to the appropriate talent vertical in a timely manner

Qualifications
