Job Description

We are growing and looking for a Senior Project Manager to work within our Studio Team and be the gateway to the wider Prodigious Studio offering. You will provide the clients with an interface to the design skills within the team; working across several clients. Reporting into the Design Project Director; this role would suit a keen problem solver who is pro-active, organised and commercially aware.

What you will be doing:

  • You will use your previous knowledge of creative and production agency processes to progress projects through the key stages of the production process
  • Manage the day-to-day production design relationship with creative agencies.
  • Managing agency expectations in all areas including budget management and project progress against the agreed scope.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to ensure the smooth transition of projects through Prodigious.

Qualifications

  • Experience of interpreting and briefing creative projects; ensuring that both creative and production agency expectations are fully understood and subsequently met.
  • Familiar with typical agency budgetary processes and reporting.
  • Experience of managing multiple complex multi-faceted projects.
  • Familiar with typical agency budgetary processes and reporting
  • Great client facing and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver to deadline and against budgets.
  • Good Excel skills and a working knowledge of Creative Suite software

Building strong relationships internally and externally and managing a fast-paced workload. You will be passionate about the craft and wanting to help grow and drive efficiency across your client accounts.
