• Craft products that are simple, elegant, and intriguing
• Contribute to the ‘fuzzy frontend’ of innovation in collaboration with strategy, data, and engineering, to find a sweet spot in the market and for the business  
• Help big and established companies think and experiment more like a Start-Up 
• Bring along stakeholders who are not designers by working-out-loud in small bursts of progress with clearly articulated intent so that they can make better decisions

Your Experience:

• Several years of experience in crafting simple and elegant digital products  
• You have a portfolio of work to show for it and you know how to comp up work to look stunning. Some of the ‘wow’ comes from interactive prototypes and clever micro-animations. 
• Your work spans across a few industries but you have a favorite industry 
• You unpack ideas systematically. It’s easy for others to see and follow your decisions. 
• You can prepare and run workshops to co-create solutions and guide others 
• You are articulate and it shows in your choice of words, spoken and written 
• You are comfortable during the ‘fuzzy frontend’ of innovation when only a few things are clear, and many words are being used to describe very little. In fact, you’ll have a go even when you don’t know. 
• You can’t help but think about experiences holistically which allows you to build out single moments into complete journeys 
• You are a Figma rockstar for prototypes and design systems, followed by Mural and GenAI tools. After Effects is a bonus.
