Job Description

The Role

As part of our Client Services team, you’ll be at the heart of building strong relationships with our clients, partners & colleagues to deliver great work.

We’re looking for an Account Director to join on one of our most exciting, cross channel accounts, due to continued growth! This client has big ambitions, and sees Digitas as a key consultative partner as they pursue them.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll be a in key leadership role within a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative account. This client focusses on digital content and activations, connected products and experiences. You’ll be sat within a cross-disciplinary team full of creatives, technologists, strategists & data experts at the top of their game.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with clients & partners across projects, becoming the clients trusted advisor and ensuing all requests are dealt with in a timely matter, to a high-quality and within budget
  • Collaborating & co-creating with strategy & creative teams, looking at content marketing strategies & planning the editorial calendar
  • Managing the timely delivery of content plans, ensuring these are within budget.
  • Collaborate and support, the vision-setting, definition and delivery of connected products and experiences, working with cross-functional product, experience, and technology teams.
  • Be accountable and own your projects from end-to-end, including collating results, writing case studies and updating key internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

What will make you successful in this role:

  • Experience in an agency background
  • Proven leadership of projects within a multi-stakeholder/multi agency environment
  • Ability to develop collaborative, trusting & fruitful relationships with mid/senior level clients
  • Passionate collaborator & strong communication skills
  • Confidence & ability to lead projects, whilst also knowing when to escalate to senior team members
  • Commercial focus, with a keen eye on the commercial impact of decisions and a proven ability to balance this with project and client objectives.
  • Understanding and experience with customer and creative comms, content production, strategic planning and social approaches
