Job Description

As the Regional Marketing Lead you will join our award-winning marketing team and oversee strategy, planning and execution for integrated marketing programs and campaigns in Australia region. We are looking for a bold-thinking marketing professional — with strong experience in B2B marketing and a demonstrated ability to drive growth and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of organization, including teams in marketing, sales and delivery. 
You will have deep understanding of integrated marketing, brand strategy and growth marketing. This role requires a growth mindset – someone who is constantly consuming and understanding audience insights, buyer trends, market research and data forecasts—in the hope to construct the best possible customer journey and experience for our audiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated and a natural collaborator. You understand the importance of both a digital and an innovative multi-channel approach but is also not afraid to try new marketing tactics in the spirit of growth.

Your Impact
As the Regional Marketing Lead you will work closely with your Country stakeholders and global marketing teams to contribute to the growth and position of our organization in a variety of ways, including:
•  Create and execute marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of the region
•  Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives, to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
•  Localize global client campaigns to create impact in the local market
•  Build innovative account based marketing (ABM) programs that reach clients and build relationships
•  Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
•  Communicate marketing plans, objectives, and results to internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and other departments, as well as external partners and agencies.
•  Plan and manage budgets
•  Segment and profile target clients
•  Develop and support other team members

Qualifications

•  Deep understanding of local business issues, with a focus on digital transformation. 
•  Ability to create a culture of collaboration by integrating with local and global teams.
•  Hands-on approach to delivery
•  Strong demand generation skills and client-centric mentality
•  Strong communication skills and able to influence others
•  Agile and innovative thinker
•  High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex priorities.

Nice to have:
•  Experience working with global and regional marketing teams to ensure global marketing initiatives are adapted and executed for regional/country needs
•  A focus on using marketing to drive growth and building client relationships
•  Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related business field
•  Deep understanding of integrated marketing that provides measurable results
•  Previous experience managing stakeholders in a matrix consulting organization
•  Good understanding of social and digital tools
