The Account Executive provides mid-level support in the Accounts/Performance area. This role allows for development opportunities within client servicing, account management and hands-on learning for a variety of tools & platforms. Additionally, there are opportunities to develop into the digital media space. 



  • Assistance to campaign implementation across digital channels -  across search, social and programmatic 
  • Management of Lumina (our media plan system), input buys and actualisations
  • Managing finance processes - owning the PO tracker, helping to load into BMD, invoice and account queries etc.
  • Admin support on exciting digital content partnerships with key partners such as Mamamia, and Spotify
  • Monthly reporting and dashboard assistance to deliver key learning to client brand teams 



  • Minimum 1 year of relevant account management/media buying/media planning experience within the industry
  • Desire to learn and grow your knowledge both in the digital space and in the client servicing department
  • Competent in the various investment processes, tools, and buying fundamentals
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels and working with client media contracts
  • Advantageous if you can demonstrate competency for relevant systems including: SMD, BCC, eTAM, TARDIIS, MOVE, Asteroid, Microsoft Office & Nielsen Answers
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks 
  • Prioritises and manages tasks / time efficiently
