Job Description

We are in search of an exceptionally talented and experienced UI Designer to assume leadership of a crucial account and spearhead the development of user-centered design solutions across diverse digital platforms.

The candidate will possess extensive expertise in user experience design and a proven track record of driving innovation through design. The successful candidate must exhibit outstanding creative and strategic skills.

• You will be responsible for constructing visually engaging frameworks that effectively convey complex conceptual relationships. 

• You will lead participatory requirements gathering activities, working closely with partners to align objectives. 

• Develop and communicate underlying concepts that inspire design implementation.

• Storytelling and frame problems for a diverse audience of stakeholders, helping them envision the opportunities.

• Produce quality designs that accurately reflect a visual design language or brand guidelines.

• Demonstrate a keen understanding of typography, color, grid, and composition. Demonstrate best practices for production considerations and methods.

• Use a broad range of styles that can be consistently executed with an aesthetic voice that is also consistent, though not restricting.

• You will define best practices and standards related to persona development and behavioral segmentation, providing guidance to teams to align personas/segmentation with client/project objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• [6+ ] years of experience.

• Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients and co-workers

• You are well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques.
