Job Description
Are you ready to take charge of creating a friendly, efficient, and seamless experience for our team and clients? We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager to ensure our agency operates at its highest standard, while also supporting the CEO with ad hoc EA tasks. If you're proactive, solution-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What you will be doing
- People Experience: Lead and manage the experience of our people and external visitors, creating a positive office vibe.
- Client & Visitor Management: Welcome clients, manage meeting rooms, and ensure external visitor needs are met.
- Office & Amenities Management: Coordinate mail, phone traffic, deliveries, IT support, and office supplies.
- Events & Culture: Support event organization and bring special interest events to life.
- Building Maintenance & Facilities Management: Ensure office maintenance meets standards and liaise with building management.
- Communication: Serve as a contact point for senior leaders, keeping employees informed and engaged.
- Finance Administration & Travel Management: Manage invoices and travel arrangements.

- IT savvy and have the curiosity to constantly develop your skills
- Engaging, personable individual with a positive demeanour
- You find it rewarding to provide exceptional service for both employees & external visitors
- Proactive and solutions focused – able to anticipate issues, and seek/ offer solutions to the Senior Leadership Team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, internal and external
- Calm under pressure and able to take the lead, modelling expected behaviours
- Emotionally resilient and understanding of the high stakes environment
- High standard of presentation, both personally and in your surroundings
- Flexible - able to occasionally work early starts/ late finishes
