Job Description

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business with the goal of driving profitable growth and facilitating the success of the organization.

In this visible and internal facing role, you will analyse budgeting & forecasting processes, performance measurement, decision support, and business intelligence for the PMX business divisions and its leadership. Additionally, this role will participate in broader strategic finance team projects and initiatives such as product pricing & analysis, systems and process improvement, and media auditing.

  • Accumulate, manage, and analyse extensive datasets to support data-drive decision-making within the team and with leadership
  • Provide analysis and interpretation of actual performance versus plan/forecast, and assess the impact on future results
  • Participate in strategic and operational planning processes
  • Continuously have a view on the performance of the various business units & form strong opinions entrenched in data & analysis
  • Participate in quick turnaround, ad‐hoc financial and operational analyses to inform strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and accelerating growth
  • Facilitate media audits with the objective of achieving cost savings, ensuring efficient expenditure through meticulous analysis and strategic oversight

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate adaptability and thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines with precision and flexibility
  • Able to discern trends and consider the broad business implications in helping line management identify and exploit opportunities to improve performance
  • Results‐oriented, hands‐on individual with a strong work ethic and who can operate effectively in a collaborative and matrixed environment
  • A “can‐do” team player that is passionate about the business and has a strong desire to continuously improve performance and service
  • Navigate ambiguity with determination and adept problem-solving skills, thriving in situations that demand resilience
  • Approach tasks with natural curiosity, consistently asking 'how' and 'why,' fostering a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Moderate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills
