Job Description
- The deployment of an ERP aims to create consistent and efficient applications across our agencies on a global level, to facilitate real-time information sharing and analysis regardless of the size or location of the agency.
- The Altair solution provides a common process and application platform to all agencies and Shared Service Centres (SSC) for the following CORE processes:
- Client & Vendor set-up
- Manage projects
- Project Estimating
- Manage time & Expenses
- Purchasing & procurement
- Production billing
- Inter-company
- Finance (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets.)
- Month end Closing
- All these CORE processes are supported by extensive reporting capabilities.
- The processes are run on SAP ECC7.4 (SD billing, MM purchasing, FI, CO, PS, AA) and SAP NetWeaver (Portal, PI, BI). The following project tools are in use: Solution manager, Quality center, U-Perform, U-Learn, LoadRunner.
- The SAP platform will be fully integrated into the Publicis application landscape: HFM for corporate reporting, TMS for treasury management and dedicated applications for Media planning and buying.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience for Sr. Associate L1/L2.
- Bachelor's Degree is must.
- Act as a business consultant in requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, solution design.
- Act as a business analyst to SAP users within the business, so strong stakeholder management skills essential.
- Take solutions through the configuration, test and deployment phases; must be able to complete your own work and have the hands-on skills in doing so.
- Act as thought leader to SAP user base to offer best in class solutions.
- Managing relationships with SAP users, other stakeholders and third parties (for third system)
Technical aspects:
- Significant experience across FI and its integration with SD, PS and MM, like P2P, C2O & R2R (reporting).
- Experienced in all Areas of FI like FI-GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank & Assets along with basic concepts of controlling like assessment & distribution i.e. specialist level configuration and functional knowledge in designing SAP Financial accounting.
- Experienced in 2+ full life cycle projects in FI
- Having experience to setup an interface/s from external systems like sales force, ADP, HFM etc.
- Able to work end to end, with autonomy and experience of doing so.
- Balanced career experience across projects and BAU.
- Able to work in a high pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Team player, strong communicator, enjoys sharing best practices.
Additional Information
- Having experience in HFM, TMS (treasury management system which is responsible for payments and approvals), other third system like ADP, Sales force, Readsoft etc. where we can setup integration from SAP to third system.
- Having hands on experience related to Local Geography.
- Having TLS knowledge related to Local Geography.
- S/4 Hana educational experience, specifically in relation to impact on Finance.
