Job Description

Role Summary

We’re looking for an exceptional senior art director to join BBH London, working in the health team. The health team comprises three creative teams who report into the creative director. The role will involve working across a number of our health accounts as well as occasional work on our core consumer accounts.

As well as creative campaign ideation and development, our team are also responsible for branding. It is therefore important that this candidate has a good eye for design and has branding experience. Although the candidate won’t be expected to develop branding designs themselves, they will be expected to oversee a team of designers, and provide guidance and direction to them.

General skills

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Art Director to join the Health offering at BBH, working on a range of high-profile health and pharma brands. The successful creative team must have the following:

● Award-winning work
● At least some experience working on health/pharma brands
● An eye for design, prowess with the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat) and
the ability to create client-friendly adcepts
● Exceptional presentation skills
● Ability to create modern, innovative work that zags.
● Challenge the status quo, achieving greatness through difference.
● See your projects through the production phase and ensure the quality never dips.
● Get your ideas across to any audience, via simple articulation and concise presentation.
● Listen to and respect the thoughts and opinions of others and adapt your ideas accordingly.
● Give work the best chance of being bought by presenting it to clients persuasively and imaginatively.
