Job Description
About the role:
You will help clients realize the value of data-driven actions, consult on and implement their data and technology strategies, and advise on privacy-first approaches to navigate the fast-changing data landscape.
You will be an expert in the technological stack of marketing and advertising: CRM, Marketing Automation / Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, DMP (Data Management Platform), CDP (Customer Data Platform), and additionally, DSP (Demand Side Platform), Tag Manager, Ad Server, etc.
How you’d spend your day:
- Assessing and advising on the best data and technology solutions for top-tier clients across various industries
- Assisting in new business and upsell proposals based on our assessment on clients´ needs and technical requirements.
- Lead and implement projects from system integration to data management, analytics and activation.
- MadTech convergence strategies deployment in customers.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (client teams, agencies, technology providers: DSPs, DMPs, Services companies, etc.) for efficient project execution.
- Operations management of data-driven omnichannel activation and strategies for customers, with a performance-based orientation.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Up to 10 years of experience in the consultancy space (either in data marketing agencies or top tier consultancies)
- Very strong knowledge in CRM, ideally in Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle and Google.
- Very strong knowledge in Google Analytics, DMP (Data Management Platform), CDP (Customer Data Platform). Additionally, knowledge in DSP (Demand Side Platform), Tag Manager, Ad Server, etc. is highly valued.
- You will have strong communication skills as you will deal directly with our clients to understand and land their business needs.
- You will be fluent in both Spanish and English. This will be assessed by the Talent team at interview stage.
- You will be a decisive strong team player, with great organisational skills.
