Job Description
We are looking for a freelance multimedia designer for one month.
As a senior multimedia designer, you will be working closely with art directors and content creators.
To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects. Ultimately, a top-notch multimedia designer is someone whose visual design skills translate into high-quality animated content that engages website viewers.
An animator spends most of their time using the tools found in the Adobe Creative Suite and has the ability to research and discover pieces of footage from any given place, and combine them into a strong narrative, with a consistent look and feel.
Being at the center of ideation and output, the animator bases edits on input and feedback from internal and external stakeholders in the creative process, the first version of something often varies significantly from the final version.
Main Tasks
• Is responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
• Define outlines and storyboards for animations or video (identifying the range of assets to be used, and the story to be told)
• Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with the creative department and content creator.
• Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to the Automotive campaigns
• Creating digital images, video animations, and textual animations.
• Creating animated sequences using computer animation software.
• Excellent knowledge of social media, agile content, visual design principals, and animation.
• Promote consistency within projects, files, and folder structures
• Happy to work within tight timelines
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, from an agency background, preferably digital or social media
• A complete portfolio of multimedia design content including editing, animation and motion graphics showing your skills and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics/Adobe premiere, Photoshop, and illustrator.
• Strong working knowledge of current editing styles across a variety of platforms from traditional platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Experience working with various design styles from, photo-real and highly stylized videos to simple illustrative videos.
• Working knowledge of the software and hardware used in the post-production process
• Organizational skills and the ability to integrate with the company's organizational standards
