- Creative instinct and collaboration. We need someone who Creative Teams will respect and trust, and who can help make the work better. Someone who will happily sit in a room with creatives for a couple of hours to really get under the skin of a problem. Our Creative Teams respond best to this type of working, rather than simply passing the baton.
- Cultural curiosity. A deep and abiding interest in the patterns and trends that are shaping local culture and appreciation for what that means for Publicis, clients, brands and consumers.
- Team Player. Someone who jumps in to do what needs to be done and works as part of a team. Your role is of course not just about the accounts you work on but about the role you play in our team too. We are a crew of multi-disciplinary strategist who genuinely enjoy working together and who believe we are building something special. We come from brand strategy, comms planning, shopper and brand experience – but we are one team, curious about the approaches we all bring, working together to make great work. Introvert, extrovert or something in between doesn’t matter but we all commit to doing what we can to help each other learn and thrive.
