Job Description

The Senior Social Media Analyst/Planner is responsible for leading the success of client-paid social media campaigns by providing thoughtful leadership on campaign strategies and optimization, building strong relationships, and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members. 

Role Objectives: 

  • Use analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure flawless campaign execution to meet and exceed stated client objectives 
  • Manage campaign builds, pacing, benchmarking, reporting/insights, optimization implementation, and overall budget for client accounts 
  • Direct bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting for paid social media campaigns 
  • Oversee budgets and flighting for all self-service platforms 
  • Assist the Manager and greater team with overall strategy and recommendations 
  • Serve as a mentor to Analysts and available for ad hoc questions and training

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of paid social media experience required 
  • Demonstrated experience buying and planning across multiple platforms including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest & LinkedIn 
  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity 
  • Experience using paid media to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives 
  • Proficiency in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks 
  • Genuine interest in the digital media space and enjoys staying up-to-date on industry trends

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $92,000.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off
