The Agency is led from Hamburg HQ, which our core communications clients have moved into, and use a network of Publicis One Touch teams to cover the NIVEA world.

• Working on multiple production initiatives with both local and global clients.
• Managing large projects/productions autonomously.
• Full end-to-end project management, including estimation and planning of cross/channel rquirements, budget, schedules, coordination and logistics as well as budget tracking, reporting and reconciliation.
• Writing and submitting proposals to bid on contracts for projects.
• Negotiating contracts with artistic personnel/Usage rights negotiations.
• Coordinating the activities of production houses, directors, account teams and other personnel throughout the production process.
• Planning and coordinating the production of musical recordings/VO recordings.
• Monitoring post-production process in order to ensure accurate completion of all details.
• Conducting meetings with staff to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained.
• Managing client expectations and timings.
• Being able to sell Prodigious services to third parties/clients.
• Supervision of Junior Producer.

• Outstanding knowledge of the production process and project management.
• Strong client service skills such as scheduling, managing phone and email communications, coordination and managing documents/ files.
• Flexible nature with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/activities simultaneously - even (and especially) under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, strong problem solving skills, reliable and a ‘whatever it takes attitude’. 
• Able to maintain a pro-active, positive attitude at all times.
• Excellent people skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy (ideally Mac proficiency); Power Point, Excel, etc.
• Strong administrative and follow-up skills.
• Several years of production background
