Role Summary: 

  • You will lead a team of junior content project managers and content editors, fostering a growth-oriented and efficient environment. This role includes providing support, feedback, and guidance to the team. 
  • You will manage various content aspects such as CRM, CMS - product content, incentives, catalogues, and parenting. This also includes ensuring all app and CRM-related content meets quality standards and managing the workload of the content editors. 
  • You will act as a "scrum master" for major projects, the first point of escalation, and the single point of contact (SPOC) for content-related incident management. You are expected to plan capacity, anticipate bottlenecks, and implement solutions. 
  • You will be responsible for optimizing processes, automating tasks, and streamlining workflows. You will closely collaborate with the technical team, suggesting CMS changes and improvements. 
  • You will manage the budget for translation services for the mobile app you will be working on, ensuring seamless user experience across multiple markets. This includes the cost of translating content across multiple languages. 

 What you will need to excel in this role: 

  • At least 5+ experience in Content Management / Product Management 
  • Experience in CMS, and content automation tools. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Scrum. 
  • Experience in team leading, the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members. 
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing work processes. Familiarity with process mapping and a deep understanding of operational management principles. 
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, ideally within content translation or a similar field. 
  • Fluent English skills, additional language knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement 
  • Experience at managing incidents confidently in front of senior stakeholders, demonstrating quick decision-making, and clear communication under pressure. 
  • Proactivity, resilience, collaboration, adaptability, passion for content, organizational skills, decisiveness, and representativeness.
