The DMS solution has been sold to hundreds of clients in North America and Europe for over a decade now. We are now launching DMS in MEA region and it will be available for clients in 2023. This is why we are looking for new talents to make the APAC launch a success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and support with the wider teams’ business
  • Deliver significant revenue growth by using business acumen to uncover business needs and identify how Epsilon's DMS solutions can help clients achieve their business goals
  • Coordinate internal resources for the delivery of objective based solutions for clients
  • Creating and delivering customized sales opportunities for your clients.
  • Building relationships with key decision makers within client organisations, while understanding the landscape and gaining account penetration
  • Negotiating and closing contracts with client’s key decision makers

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industry experience, including 5 years of professional digital sales and marketing business experience
  • Significant industry experience in Internal Sales / Client Development / Consulting role
  • A resident /citizen of UAE
  • Excelled in a target driven sales position
  • Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques
  • Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
  • Comfortable at growing accounts and revenue, not afraid to ask for the business.
  • Strategic partner – great relationship builder and can engage a client with road map and vision and set and work towards and beyond key targets
  • Can build relationships across multiple disciplines in the client organisation including marketing, merchandising, media decision making from Junior to C-suite. Understanding large complex client organisations, political nuances and how to adapt for success.
  • Detail orientated –enjoys the process of the sale and is detail focused.
  • Account Planning  – helping internal and external stakeholders see the bigger picture and plan
  • Highly driven, motivated and ambitious self-starter. Proactive, not reactive.
  • Curious to learn and focused on own personal development
