• Provide technical assistance and support for the complex field issues such as OS and storage communication issues and other associated add-ons for products
• Experience supporting applications residing on-premises (VMware, Enclosures/blades) and cloud-based (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Design and Deploy Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud engineers design and deploy cloud-based infrastructure, such as virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking components.
• Organizing and migrating data from computer systems to the cloud
• Experience working with CLIs and APIs.
• An understanding of the benefits and utility of automating routine tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues escalated by first and second level support, this may include outbound contact with agencies for additional information and resolution.
• Work with the development teams for problem resolution such as performance etc.
• Strong background in case management, prioritization, and case backlog.
• Build training and educational material for the entire support organization.
• Taking ownership of technical issues, further troubleshooting, identification of root causes, and issue resolution and communication.
• Timely support for local IT team in case of Physical activity required in Italy Office
• Timely support on escalated incidents in Infrastructure and platforms.
• Hands-on skills for Video conferencing solutions (Polycom device experience is plus).

• Advanced knowledge of Operations Systems (OS) such as Linux, VMware, MS Windows etc.
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud platform services (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• A good understanding and knowledge in IT networking is a must.
• Work as a team member to assist and support peers in delivering IT support services.
• OS administration skills to include provisioning and performance troubleshooting data storage devices.
• Document processes and procedures through knowledgebase articles, online collaboration tools, and presentations.

Strong communication skills (Good English level is mandatory)
