Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining and documenting business and functional requirements and compare, suggest changes in the system and process
- Represent HR Ops in planning and requirements meetings
- Ensuring the work is completed within Timeliness and Quality targets
- Continuously looking for improvement in efficiency / quality and ensuring we have mechanisms in place to measure the success.
- Publish monthly management information to show trends in performance against Key performance indicators.
- Responsible for impact assessment of people, process and technology.
- Establish framework and oversee process documentation (process maps, narratives, etc.) with input from Process Owners & Stewards
Attributes & Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Word, excel and outlook
- Must possess very good communication skills (verbal & written
- Should have handled HR Ops Transitions
- Should have a good understanding end to end HR ops and Payroll Processes
Relevant experience:
- 9+ Years of Working in India/Global HR and Payroll Organisation
- Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and ticketing systems such as Service Now
- Experience in handling multiple streams of work concurrently while applying excellent time management and communication skills
- Experience in lean process, process improvement, implementation of enabling HR technologies will be an added advantage
- Working knowledge in HR Operations, Onboarding and Payroll process support is mandatory
Education/Professional Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate
