Job Description

  • Coordinate content production (writing, editing, translating or transcreation) and proofreading for the Indonesian market
  • Ensure consistency and quality of prepared content
  • Cooperate closely with internal and external translators & proofreaders, project managers, different departments, and clients
  • Receive Jira tickets, distribute and plan work among the freelancers
  • Participate in client calls
  • Onboard new freelancers when needed
  • Provide feedback to the freelancers when necessary
  • Support other markets' coordinators if needed

Qualifications

  • Fluent Bahasa (near-native proficiency)
  • Demonstrable B2 level of English
  • Work experience in translation coordination or project management
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word most of all)
  • Attention to detail, patience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Great communication skills when working with a remote team
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of interdisciplinary and international team
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to quickly acquire new skills

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with CAT tools welcome
  • Additional languages welcome
  • Experience in online advertising, eCommerce and SEO welcome
