Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Supervisor to join our team. As a Media Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and optimizing media campaigns across various social and digital channels. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and media vendors to develop effective strategies that maximize brand exposure and deliver measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of media professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media strategies that align with clients' objectives and target audiences
  • Lead the planning, buying, and optimization of media campaigns across multiple channels, including TV, radio, print, digital, and social media
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure media plans are aligned with overall campaign objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and media landscape changes to drive innovation and deliver competitive advantage
  • Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best rates and placements for clients
  • Mentor and supervise a team of media planners and buyers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as a Media Supervisor or similar role within an advertising agency or media company
  • In-depth knowledge of media planning and buying across various channels, including traditional and digital platforms
  • Proficient in using media planning and optimization tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and media research platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team of media professionals
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • A passion for advertising, media trends, and emerging technologies

Compensation Range: $75,500.00 - $85,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
