Why we are looking for you

Epsilon is seeking a Digital Business Consultant, who is a specialist and provides expertise in selecting, implementing, and optimizing the digital marketing technology stack for businesses. You will work closely with clients to assess their marketing needs, evaluate existing tools and systems, and recommend the most suitable technologies to enhance their digital marketing efforts. Your role will involve identifying gaps, integrating platforms, and driving the adoption of a cohesive and efficient tech stack that supports the client's marketing objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, target audience, current tech stack, and pain points. Conduct thorough assessments of their existing digital marketing technology infrastructure, including tools for analytics, CRM, content management, email marketing, social media, advertising, and automation.
  • Tech Stack Evaluation: Evaluate the client's current tech stack and identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. Research and analyze potential digital marketing tools, platforms, and integrations to address the client's specific needs and goals. Consider factors such as scalability, compatibility, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Recommendations and Roadmap: Develop comprehensive recommendations and a roadmap for optimizing the digital marketing tech stack. Present findings to clients, clearly explaining the benefits, costs, and implementation requirements of each recommended tool or integration. Prioritize recommendations based on their potential impact and alignment with the client's marketing strategy.
  • Implementation and Integration: Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors in early stages to implement and integrate the selected tools into the client's tech stack. Oversee the deployment process, ensuring proper configuration, data migration, and user training.
  • Data and Analytics: Work closely with clients to establish robust data collection and analytics processes within the tech stack. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with marketing goals. Configure analytics tools and dashboards to provide accurate and actionable insights for campaign optimization and decision-making.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and documentation to the client's marketing team on how to effectively utilize the new tools and features within the tech stack. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the implemented solutions. Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to the recommended technologies.

Share industry insights and thought leadership to guide clients' decision-making and keep them at the forefront of digital marketing trends.

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, trusted relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and value. Proactively engage with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, industry developments, and new marketing opportunities. Anticipate clients' evolving needs and propose new strategies or initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 9-10 years years in Leading and driving client conversations
  • Experience identifying client's business challenges and technologies to understand their business needs.
  • Independently plan and execute client workshop with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
  • Articulate and presented Solutions, Strategy Roadmap, Technology RoadMap
  • Plan and Conducted Discovery sessions
  • High enthusiasm, energy, Get-Go Attitude, independently handle sessions and client expectations
  • Self-starter who can plan and structure conversation and conduct discovery sessions independently
  • Excellent analytical ability and consult client on industry best practices
