Job Description

The Paid Search Coordinator is an Associate level position and will work closely with our integrated client teams and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of search campaigns. He/she also assists in developing campaign components — including keywords, landing pages, copy and account structure.

Responsibilities 

  • Actively engages in understanding of paid search landscape and best practices through participation in internal training programs
  • Supports development of campaign components including keywords, copy, landing page selection, account structure etc.
  • Supports Paid Search Strategist/Paid Search Supervisor in managing budgets towards performance goals and other day to day account maintenance
  • Coordinates day-to-day trafficking, test execution, optimization and troubleshooting
  • Fosters beginning relationships with key publisher partners such as Google, Bing, etc.
  • Responsible for monthly media spend accounting
  • Compiles data from multiple sources in on-going reporting
  • Identifies areas of risk and opportunity through on-going analysis on large data sets
  • Prepares routine and ad-hoc reports in response to client and internal questions and requests

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related industry a plus
  • Solid educational background in critical thinking, quantitative analysis and writing
  • Ability to work well in a team, to shine as an individual and to maintain a sense of humor
  • Experience managing a complex task list and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Keen sense for details
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new tools; experience with search engine marketing tools a plus
  • BA/BS degree in a related field required.

Compensation Range: $49,500 - $61,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
