ABOUT THE ROLE

Client delivery and implementation planning; representing the agencies beliefs and values, inspiring others to do the same. Delivering service and product which drives marketing led growth for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for preparing implementation planning responses, ensuring the plans reflect the client business needs and media environment which maximise return on investment
  • Apply relevant tools when interrogating the brief and translating into an implementation recommendation.
  • Provide an evidenced based planning response with relevant application of data and past campaign learning’s.
  • Consider all digital opportunities in implementation strategy and planning solutions
  • Prepare all relevant Media owner briefs
  • Promote the agencies specialist services and research initiatives
  • Participate in new business initiatives and build the agencies reputation with the media in line with our positioning, beliefs and values
  • Ensure that clients are informed on general media industry topics which may affect their business
  • Anticipate client needs, building long term relationships. Proactively drives the relationship with clients

IDEAL SKILLS

  • Participate in training and development; particularly in considering emerging connection opportunities
  • Prepare implementation planning responses, ensuring the plans reflect the client business needs and media environment
  • Apply relevant tools when interrogating the brief and translating into an implementation recommendation
  • Provide an evidenced based planning response with relevant application of data and past campaign learning’s
  • Consider all digital opportunities in implementation strategy and planning solutions
  • Prepare all relevant Media owner briefs
  • Track key business, campaign and media metrics
  • Track competitive media expenditure in line with client SLA
  • Facilitate weekly tracking and optimisation of bought campaigns
  • Ensure all pro-forma invoices are reviewed according to the end of the month deadlines and ensure that final spend does not exceed the planned costs
  • Ensure the trading team respond to all account queries within 14 days of allocation with a correct and final resolution
  • Demonstrate competence in all agency systems
  • Promoting internally and externally the specialist services offered by ZenithProject confidence, energy and build team morale in line with positioning, beliefs and values
  • Anticipate client needs, building long term relationships
  • Always focused finding solutions for problems as they arise
  • Always offering to help when asked, recognising workload pressures inside and outside of your team
  • Develop constructive working relationships with the client, media, and team members
  • Promote a culture of learning and understanding return on investment

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years’ experience from a media agency, advertising or publishing background
  • Solid understanding of traditional media channels
  • Strategic thinker who has excellent client relationship skills
  • Attention to detail/ accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple and shifting priorities
  • Passion to deliver for clients
  • Collaboration / Communication
  • Be a committed team player
  • Participated in new business pitches and RFPs
