Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Global Performance Product Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background and will be responsible for the roadmap, development, and execution of performance-based advertising products within our portfolio, ensuring they exceed client expectations and drive revenue growth on a global scale. The candidate will be expected to leverage their technical knowledge, product leadership experience, and understanding of the advertising industry to deliver on commercial targets and drive business growth.

Key Accountability:

1. Lead the global roadmap, development, and deployment of performance advertising products working closely with product, engineering, and agency teams to deliver products that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, teams, and partners to identify, prioritize, and implement product initiative to support global commercial targets.

3. Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, and launch to post-launch analysis and iteration.

4. Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and marketing, to deliver outstanding products.

5. Lead performance monitoring and optimization of products, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring they are met.

6. Manage stakeholder communication across various internal and external partners, keeping all parties informed of product development progress and strategic direction.

Qualifications

The Criteria

1. Minimum 15 years experience in product or related field, with a focus on performance marketing solutions.

2. Demonstrated ability in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment.

3. Previous experience in a leadership role is required, with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and initiatives in a matrixed organization.

4. Proven track record in driving revenue growth through the development and commercialization of new offerings. Strong business sense and industry knowledge.

5. Experience working in or managing global initiatives, with an understanding of cultural nuances and market specific challenges.

6. Strong understanding of performance marketing, ad tech ecosystem, and the latest digital marketing trends.

7. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

8. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

9. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree.

• Experience working in a global role and managing cross-regional product strategies.
