Job Description

We’re looking for a Learning & Talent Development Manager to join our internal digital business transformation team. Within this team, you will be aligned with the change management team. In this role, you will partner with all areas of our business to collaborate on, facilitate and manage organizational change, with a lens toward supporting our training development. 

The internal digital business transformation team is taking on the high priority, high visibility work of growing and transforming Publicis Sapient into the future, from business process and systems redesign to application implementations.

Within this role, you need to have training facilitation and learning design background. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, written and verbal—additionally, the ability to manage multiple projects and be a self-starter.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate across multiple functional areas to; create training content and strategic communication deliverables, and deliver high-impact projects
  • Communicate clearly and concisely while delivering presentations and written communications to stakeholder audiences and program teams
  • Manage projects with proficiency in cases of incomplete information; bring structure where there is ambiguity.
  • Anticipate and resolve stakeholder resistance and other risks to reach desired outcomes
  • Develop trusted partnerships by listening to unspoken concerns and seeking to understand business goals and the environment as a whole
  • Ensure knowledge is documented and successfully transferred to product owners as part of project completion
  • Cultivate new skillsets based on your own professional development goals

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in; the development and delivery of training, project and/or change management supporting processes, people, technology transformation and/or organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Ability to develop strategic communication deliverables, facilitate and develop training sessions (content to coordination)
  • Experience managing and engaging a wide variety of stakeholders (leadership to individual contributors)
  • Familiarity or project experience with organizational/behavioral design/effectiveness and/or learning & development concepts
  • Familiarity with common project and change management methodologies, such as waterfall, agile, and ADKAR or Kotter
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working in a matrixed work environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Natural curiosity, creativity, and humility
  • Demonstrated proactiveness and perseverance in complex environments
