Job Description

One Team Stellantis is the combined Publicis team providing a seamless service for the global automotive client. In the UK, the team is made of Starcom and Digitas and the remit covers social, website and CRM. The hub of the global account is Publicis Sapient in Milan, where the wider strategic and creative work is originated.

The Digitas Account Manager is the safe pair of hands at the core of a very large Global and multi agency engagement – you are the one that holds all the pieces of the programme together seamlessly. You will believe in excellence in service, quick problem solving and passion for perfection.

  • Developing strong internal/inter-agency relationships to ensure that work is delivered efficiently and to the highest possible standard
  • Understanding the client’s business and using this to pre-empt requests
  • Managing and setting expectations with your clients, building trust through open relationships
  • Facilitating and owning the large schedule of work – trafficking tasks via JIRA
  • Maintaining weekly Status reports and running status meetings

Qualifications

  • Experience in a digital agency team or delivery role
  • Proven ability of building strong relationships across a multitude of departments, disciplines and levels of stakeholder
  • Strong desire and ability to fnd ways to add value beyond delivering the tasks given – either through optimising the comms or improving ways-of-working
  • Able to manage a multitude of projects, prioritising to ensure the agency is always delivering against the client’s latest needs
  • Experienced and skilled with expertise in marketing communications 
  • Able to be an essential member of the client team while always supporting the agencies approach and delivering against the agencies agenda
  • Knowledge or experience of Salesforce or another CRM platform is desirable
