Our role in the Publicis Commerce practice is to help brands navigate this complexity and provide incredible consumer experiences that drive proven commercial growth.


There is significant focus within Publicis Groupe to develop a strong global commerce proposition which we can be taken to both existing and new clients. There are pockets of commerce expertise with the Groupe already and there are also new capabilities that we are developing, new technology that we are building and new acquisitions that we are making – all in service of strengthening our offering and building a market leading proposition.

focussed on building commerce products and solutions that drive clear business outcomes for our clients and can easily be scaled across the business.
 

We are a highly collaborative team of subject matter experts that are tasked with enabling and accelerating commerce growth. We engage with clients directly, through Power of One teams or through individual agency brands and we are already engaged with several large brands across the Group.

Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity to expand your commerce knowledge in one of the best agency teams in the industry.  To be part of the team that helps build out a new practice within Publicis Groupe with excellent development opportunities & senior commerce stakeholder exposure. There is an opportunity to help shape and define the role, as time passes. 

Practice Proposition

Support the senior team with establishing a comprehensive proposition into the Groupe, which aids profile raising both internally and externally:

  • Support with set up, execution and ongoing management of commerce growth initiatives
  • Support with productisation of commerce solutions that can be shared with the commerce community to unlock new revenue streams
  • Short term attachment to client business on a project basis as require

Practice Comms + Partnerships

Support Operations Lead with comms responsibilities (documenting and selling the proposition internally and externally) including:

  • Creating editorial content for internal / external comms
  • Support scheduling and preparation for key stakeholder meetings
  • Creating / executing a clear editorial calendar for external comms and leveraging UK Groupe Communications Plan
  • This role has been created to work hand in hand with the team in the development of our growth initiatives, to support the practice in the delivery of commerce projects and to continue establishing Publicis Commerce UK, as a growth accelerator, leaning into client engagements on a project-by-project basis.  

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines, and handling multiple tasks 
  • Previous commerce industry experience within a media agency, retail or client side
  • Confident at presenting and have clear communication skills   
  • Previous role in Comms/Marketing or internal marketing 
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Exceptional operator who can get stuff done and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker who is curious and confident to join in and at times lead the discussion
