Job Description

This role is for an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited to help building this practice from the ground up.

In this role you will:

  • Give a clear and significant contribution in assessing and implementing the best technological digital supply chain on programmatic buying, with specific dedication to the internal trading model (APEX)
  • Inspire and lead the exploration of new and different technology, with the specific pourpose to integrate them into Company's owned solutions
  • Analyze the technological campaigns' functioning and its commercial implications to elaborate insights for our partnership team, able to improve the service for our clients
  • Connecting market opportunities in the wider digital space (formats, tracking, monitoring, etc.) to establish new approaches and solutions
  • Contribute to develop and implement the company's digital technology strategy in line with business objectives, with a specific focus on SSP vendor partner integration.
  • Cohordinate with the wider APEX team to assess the opportunities in terms of potential sales, and with PMX to armonize investment potentialities with theoverall commercial strategy
  • Liaise with the marketplace and dialoge to identify emerging trends relatad todigital technology and evaluate their impact on the business
  • Conceive and design APEX solutions focused on our proposition at SSP level
  • Connect with agencies and clients to assess and explain the designed solutions

The main goal of this position are:

  • Increase APEX Italy business working with APEX & PMX Italy Leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop business cases, and execute projects related to SSP vendor partner integration.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives related to SSP vendor partner integration, including managing the vendor selection process, negotiating vendor contracts, and overseeing vendor onboarding.
  • Manage relationships with SSP vendor partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technology policies, procedures, and standards related to SSP vendor partner integration to ensure compliance and security.

Qualifications

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 6+ years of combined experience across Digital Media technology roles, with a focus on SSPs
  • Detailed knowledge of the digital markets, including DSPs and SSPs,
  • Tracking technologies, publishers and vendors
  • Proven experience in implementing digital solutions at SSP level
  • Excellent presentations skills either in building right contents (PPT) or inspeech performance
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex situationsand develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree minimum
  • Fluent in Italian and English
