Job Description

  • Lead the user experience design process for digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and software interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to define user requirements and project goals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate and iterate on design concepts.
  • Develop information architecture and navigation structures to ensure intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the UX team and project stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Head of UX/UI department
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to UX designers.
  • Manage multiple UX projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of successful UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as, Figma. Nice to have - Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Solid knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and user interface design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and advocate for the user's perspective.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in designing websites in the RWD environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
