Job Description

A strategically minded analytics senior professional who is looking to define, develop and grow the client relationship. The team needs someone with visionary experience who can recognise opportunities and build a roadmap for the client, as well as manage and mentor junior team members as the relationship we have with the client grows.

This role is predominantly focused on one client. However, other projects and clients may periodically form part of the day-to-day role (capacity permitting). This flexibility and the ability to work on other clients and projects is an exciting aspect of working at Digitas and is suited for a curious individual who is always seeking to expand and evolve your skills, experience, and remit.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own the data, analytics and business intelligence side of the relationship with the client, to help them create value from their data and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the identification of new opportunities for data projects and work closely with client services to grow remit
  • Build trusting and meaningful relationships with key clients across both marketing and digital teams in the US
  • Ownership of toolkits, templates, learning roadmap and innovation in analytics
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team of analysts to foster strong positive working relationships, act as a mentor and educator
  • Be accountable for the consistency and quality of outputs
  • Partnering with key internal partners across Strategy and and Media 

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Experience owning an entire workstream and creating new opportunities
  • Experience establishing and fostering a working relationship with senior clients
  • Experience working across commercial business objectives and marketing objectives
  • Experience managing a team
  • Confidence to challenge the client and team and to ensure delivery on marketing metrics that drive to business outcome
  • Brilliant client service, and fostering that culture within your team to ensure smooth delivery across what is a complex piece of business
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and data technologies and offerings in the industry (data warehouses, visualisation tools, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.)
  • Experience analysing and interpreting data from sources such as customer marketing platforms, web analytics platforms, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with data visualization software (DataStudio, Tableau)
  • Previous experience in reporting audience performance across owned & paid marketing preferred
  • Previous experience with DMPs, CDPs, or other audience management tools preferred
