Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Search Manager to lead search activation for two accounts – Lululemon, an industry leading sports and leisurewear brand, as well as LVMH – Europe’s most valuable company the largest luxury fashion group in the world.

Lululemon is well-established in North America and aggressively expanding into Europe via significant investments in the UK, Germany, France and Spain. and you will have the opportunity to join a renowned and experienced Team of digital marketeers. This is a new business win for Zenith Global, with official appointment date from February 2023 and an account management have identified as being of significant strategic importance to the business.

Lululemon Athletica is a leading athletic apparel and lifestyle company that specializes in designing, manufacturing, and distributing high-quality activewear and accessories. Founded in 1998 in Vancouver, Canada, Lululemon has grown to become a global brand with a strong presence in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The brand is renowned for its innovative, stylish, and functional products, which include yoga wear, running gear, fitness clothing, and athleisure apparel for both men and women. Lululemon aims to inspire and empower people to live a healthy, active lifestyle, and as a Paid Search Manager, you will play a key role in helping to grow the brand's online presence and drive its international expansion strategy. By leveraging your expertise in paid search, you will work closely with the Lululemon performance and account teams to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the brand's continued success.

LVMH Group is the world leader in luxury, from fashion & leather goods to perfumes & cosmetics with renowned global names such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Rimowa and others. The family-run group, strives to ensure the long-term development of each of its Houses in keeping with their identity, their heritage and their expertise. There are 76 Houses within the group across 6 divisions: Wines & Spirits, Fashion & Leather Goods, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Watches & Jewellery, Selective Retailing which includes brands such as Sephora, as well as another division which includes hotels and vineyards

The LVMH maison you will manage will be the Tiffany & Co. EMEA accounts (9 markets). Zenith Media won the business in 2019 across 15 EMEA markets by creating a bespoke client solution team known as Publicis Media Luxe (abbreviated to PML). The PML team is made up of Account, Digital and Strategy experts working from a central hub based in London, coordinating with regional Publicis offices. In August 2021, PML were also appointed the agency of record for LVMH in Austria and Switzerland, extending the remit to 17 EMEA markets. Publicis Media Luxe is a built up of a team of hand-selected individuals and we are always working hard and on the lookout for new opportunities to expand our scope even further.  

 

Qualifications

We are looking for an established Account Manager lead the tactical day to day Paid Search account management. This is a dynamic, fast paced agency environment and we expect the successful candidate to be comfortable with such, demonstrating proactivity, a positive attitude and strong technical capability.

You will have a passion for all things digital but, first and foremost, be a paid search geek who cares about delivering results and taking responsibility for training and developing a team. This account is among the largest in terms of growth potential in the performance department’s roster, and you will have a passion to drive this growth. You will also be eager to make automation drive performance at scale through the use of (not an exhaustive list) scripts, bid management platforms, auditing tools and proprietary Publicis Groupe technology.

You will also be a leader with a passion for luxury. We are looking for someone with their finger on the pulse of the digital industry and an innovative approach to new technology. You will be interested in understanding how consumers think, feel and behave in relation to products and services; and in how technology can enable brands to engage with and influence this behaviour. You will enjoy working with data and have very strong attention to detail. You are a team player who is keen to learn and is results-driven. You are ready to take responsibility for the effective implementation of activity within the accounts and are eager to share your knowledge with the wider team.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, particularly explaining technical concepts to those in non-technical roles 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously 
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives 
  • Experience managing shopping activity on Google and Microsoft advertising.  
  • Experience in using tools as SA360, Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager 

nice to have

  • Experience within a similar agency environment
  • Experience with automation, scripts etc.
  • Passion for creating innovative solutions
