The role below partners with key stakeholders to drive success in new business conversion for Production. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding track record in project management and writing skills, proven collaborative skills with the ability to connect with multiple teams across brands, geographies and practices, and is someone who thrives in a fast paced and agile environment.

Job Description

Produce Winning Work

  • Contribute to development and elevation of pitch content to ensure a differentiating story
  • Add strategic value at each stage of the pitch process, able to effectively evaluate content
  • Recommend, compile and create case studies and video scripts for pitch usage
  • Complete RFI submissions ensuring most up to date network information is gathered and documented, briefing markets/capabilities and coordinating responses
  • Bring together content written by different authors and edit it into one voice, addressing clients’ challenges

Designing, Activating and Owning the Pitch Delivery Plan

  • Lead and execute pitch coordination – project plans, checkpoints, timelines, deliverables, design, video development and pitch theatre needs
  • Overall logistics management of new business production pitches, from physical in-room needs to virtual meeting management
  • Ensure accountability across key pitch stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables

Close Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with Group Director on strategies to deliver well crafted responses
  • Foster relationships with global production network, identifying best-in-class work
  • Ensure pitch content is filed and shared future reference in our knowledge center
  • Responsible for accurate and timely entry of pitch details in Salesforce
  • Build new business collateral by contributing to the evolution of our credentials narrative, services/solutions decks, case studies and showreels

Leadership

  • Support and motivate pitch winning teams through demanding processes
  • Effectively consult, manage and challenge all stakeholder levels to deliver results
  • Potential of managing a junior member of the team, who will support this role
  • Foster collaborative relationships across Publicis Production brands and capabilities to ensure a consistent strategy is deployed on pitches

Qualifications

The Person

  • 6+ years experience in business development, production, media, creative or marketing management. Must have experience managing new business pitches
  • A natural-born planner, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for organising process and people
  • Ability and willingness to multi-task: adapt and respond to changing requirements
  • Excellent writer/editor who can support development of RFI/RFP documents and decks
  • Ability to thrive in time-sensitive and high pressure environments
  • Believes no ask is too big and no detail too small
