Job Description

  • Design digital materials for various platforms and formats (digital campaigns, CRM, web). 
  • Collaborate with other team members to understand design requirements and objectives. 
  • Develop creative concepts and present design ideas to clients or internal stakeholders – benchmark / adaptation of projects based on the received brief 
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. 
  • Adapt digital campaigns and materials to the design solutions used by the clients of the agency. 
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices. 
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Graphic Designer (social, websites, eCommerce, digital materials) or in a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of relevant design projects. 
  • Good knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools. 
  • Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, Flashtalking or StoryTeq and Jira will be appreciated. 
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, photo manipulation and composition principles. 
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. 
  • Knowledge of digital production processes. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients. 
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback. 
  • Openness in cooperation between the departments, communication skills. 
  • Excellent working time organization, attention to detail and a desire to develop your skills. 
  • Good command of English in speaking and writing. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
