The role would be overseeing Finance Managers & Management Accounting Team and will report directly to the Finance Director.

Key duties include:

• Coordinate the timely reporting of actuals to Agency Management and Groupe
• Consolidate and review actuals reporting pack and prepare monthly analysis for Country Finance
• Work with the Finance Managers to ensure revenue recognition, accruals and deferrals are in accordance with Janus (Publicis Groupe Policies)
• Liaise with the HR team to review and approve monthly payroll reports (prepared by third party)
• Working with the Finance Managers & Management Accounting team to ensure yearly Budgeting & monthly Forecasts for Management and Paris are accurate and delivered on time
• Weekly meeting with Resource and Operations Manager and Finance Director to review monthly freelancer resource requests
• Main contact for internal and external audit, ensuring compliance in all areas and completion in line with Groupe deadlines
• Client Fees/Project Costings as requested by Business Directors for review with the Finance Director

This is a great opportunity for someone to step up into a Finance Controller position. Experience of management and financial accounting is essential, along with experience of managing a team. Experience of SAP is desirable.
